- Referral links are valid for 30 days from when they're generated. After that, a fresh link is required.
- You must keep the new account open for a minimum of 7 days from the date it's opened.
- The account must be in your sole name. Joint accounts don't qualify for the £50.
- You must be new to Lloyds — no current account, savings, credit card, loan or mortgage held in the last 12 months.
- The referrer's £50 is paid into their oldest qualifying Lloyds current account.
- Under 19s, Smart Start and Student accounts are excluded from the refer-a-friend programme.
- Each customer can only claim once as a referee under the Lloyds refer-a-friend programme.
- Lloyds may change or withdraw the refer-a-friend offer at any time. The full T&Cs on the Lloyds website apply.
